Copper Mist is a very versatile kit with tints of gray, blue, copper! Love the deco borders on this and some of the other background papers.



Found a number of these 1940s era photo booklets with my DH's family photos. They are such a novelty, I decided to scan them and the photos still stapled together.

Creating Today with Summer Annie by SharonSignatureScraps

Summer Annie was perfect for this Summer outing of DD and her family. The day began with a swim in Barton Springs Pool and ended with a picnic while waiting for the outdoor theater production of Annie!



Using all of these adorable Annie elements from Summer Annie by Sharon Craven made scrapping these adorable photos of DGD Jordyn and the star of the show, Annie!

Creating Today using Shabby Chic Rooms Collection

Many items in Granny's trunk belonged to my granddaddy's sister. This man is unknown but he is such a stately gentlemen with his violin that he just had to be scrapped. What could be more perfect than make an elegant room just for him! Helen's Shabby Chic Rooms Collection comes with a template to help you make the walls and floors and then you just start decorating your room.

The small framed item is The Blue and the Gray Song Book that belong to Granny as a child...it has her maiden name penciled on it! Thought it belonged in the music room even though you can't tell what it is!

Scrapping Family Cowboy Heritage Photo with Macho by Horsedreamn Designs

Rufus Augustus “Gus” Collett was born in 1891. He looks fairly young in the photo so it would seem it was taken in the early 1900’s



Heard on Fox News that July 24th was National Cowboy Day...the announcers wore cowboy hats and lined dance. Thought it was a good excuse to scrap some of my family cowboy pics.

Journaling
Early Family Cowboys! Commadore Thomas shown on the horse in 1925. Loyd Thomas in studio photo taken around the same time. Two smaller photos were taken prior to 1924 when Granddaddy married Granny!

Having Fun Plaing with Life 101 Kit by RoseMadeDesigns

Some more of Summer 2010 Family photos! I gave this cluster design a try...the verdict is still out. I have a hard time making things small especially photos as I like to be able to see Avery sweet smile in all of them.

Having Fun Playing with Noah It's Raining! by Sharon Craven

I learned all about 3, 4 & 5 year-olds while teaching this class for many years before having grandchildren. It was fun having Luke and Avery go to church with me...Avery is 3 and Luke 5 here. Ms Gena started helping me with the class when health issues made me unable to always attend...I had to give up the class last year and sure miss teaching these kids.

How perfect is Noah It's Raining! by Sharon Craven to scrap these memories! I wish I could take credit for the mural on the wall, however, my friend Deana painted it. You can see some of Noah's animals painted on other walls in the photos below.
